BUSY BUSY BUSY!!!

It has been a busy couple of weeks. Steve has been out of town a lot teaching classes for the BLM as well as going on a fishing trip down the Smith River with his dad, my dad, Jim Boyd and his dad, and some friends. I think that they had a really good time, but I will let Steve post about the trip.

While Steve has been traveling around, me and the kids have also been busy. Aunt Joelle and cousin Julian came to Montana for a visit and we all had a great time in Twin Bridges. Joelle and Julian got to meet Flint for the first time, and my dad even let Joey hold Flint once in a while. As always Ayla and Julian had a fantastic time, and I think that Flint did too by the look of him.

The kids got to play at the various playgrounds around Twin Bridges, played soccer, blew bubbles, ran through the sprinkler, got to go to Fairmont hotsprings for a full day of swimming, and Grandma Pat made sure that they were not wanting for sweet treats. The only thing that would have made it better was if Brent and Steve could have joined us.

After Joelle and Julian left four of our favorite people came over for a BBQ, Greg, Sonja, Ivan, and Liza (and Maggie too). As always we had a blast. The kids got to play with Grandma Pat's toys, play in the dirt, run around and be crazy, and of course Grandma Pat provided ice cream cones.

While the kids were playing the adults enjoyed relaxing on the river bank and having a nice cold beer. Dad even let Sonja hold Flint, at least for a couple of minutes.
